About Cynthia Williams

Cynthia Williams is the founder and owner of 502 FIT PASS, the Largest Fitness Network in Louisville. She is an ACE CPT, Mad Dog Spin Certified Instructor and AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She has worked in the fitness industry for the last 13 years, and continues to teach at several local gyms and train clients in her home studio. Her goal is to create a network that allows people more avenues and accessibility to reach health and wellness goals. 502 FIT PASS is the first step in her journey of improving health in the state of Kentucky.
