This week’s #AnooshKnows isn’t about what we put in our body, but more about what we let ourselves say internally about us. We’re talking about negative self-talk, and we all do it to some extent. We’re talking about the little voice in your head that can cause you to doubt yourself. It can cause so many issues, from making you be indecisive about small decisions to even causing you to not follow through on your dreams and ambitions.

The first step is to realize what you’re doing. The next step is to consciously shift your thinking to something positive. Start the day with positive affirmations. Remember- it’s a natural process of the human mind to think like this. But we don’t have to let it cripple us in our day to day lives!
