This week we flipped the script on my workout routine. It was time. I could feel the workouts getting easier, I was sweating less, and to be honest I wasn’t trying to push myself to the next level alone.
I needed to be pushed.
I probably could’ve continued to do exactly what I was doing and still reach my goal, but I wouldn’t have been doing what I’m capable of. I wouldn’t even have known what else I was capable of if I didn’t invite the challenge. I’m glad I did, because knowing what else I can do makes me want to set more goals. It makes me want to really find out what I can do, and not just in the gym, but with life in general.
It makes me want to GET AFTER IT. All of IT.
