Everything is made up of energy and you can feel it when it changes. You can’t see it, but you can definitely feel it. If you were to close your eyes and use your imagination to visualize the energy in your home or work right now, what would it look and feel like? Is it dark, gooey, and sticky and make you feel like you can’t breathe and make you feel like you need to leave or is it wispy, airy, and light colors and feel like a breath of fresh air and relaxed and comfortable?

Energy can get stale or stay in an area. For instance, if someone is feeling frustrated about something, that energy can build up in a cloud and start to float around in your home. You won’t even realize that energy has started to affect others days later. Energy can continue to build over time.

Whatever the case of how the energy feels in your work or in your home, you can change that energy. You have the control to shift the energy in your home, your car, your body, and your aura. Your aura is your energy field radiating around you. This is something you can’t see, but you can feel when someone gets close to you because their aura starts to touch your aura. They have entered your personal space.

Clearing your space, whatever that space may be, can be very simple and it doesn’t have to take much time. Take a moment each day to close your eyes and visualize your home, for example, and fill it completely with light and imagine that anything that doesn’t feel good or is no longer needed is being lifted out. You don’t have to know what those things are. You may not “see” anything when you visualize this or you might see little wisps of dark light leave those spaces. Don’t worry if you see something different than what I have seen. If you don’t visualize well, use your feelings or words to clear your house. “I am clearing my house of any negative energy and energy that is no longer serving a purpose in this space at this time so that the energy feels happy and light.” Use your own words on how you want your space to feel and it may be different for each space. Set your intention of clearing your space and by doing so your space will be cleared. Do the same with your car, your body, and your aura.

This can be a nice way to start each day. It can be your own short meditation and clearing. You might think of adding in some intentional breathing. Focus on your breath filling your body with healing energy and focus on anything no longer serving you exiting on each exhale.

Give this a try for a week and see how you feel. Also, notice how the people around you in your home and work feel! You may notice that by clearing the energy, you have helped others around you as well!
