This is one of those weeks. You know the kind. Lots of left field fly balls right to the head that are hard to bounce back from. Just frustrating.

When I get frustrated I tend to want to do the opposite of all the healthy habits. Surely I’m not the only one? I know I’ll bounce back fast, but in the mean time I think it’s okay to be honest & say out loud that it was a tough week to stay at maximum motivation.
