We hear the phrase “balanced diet” constantly when it comes to our health. We’re always told it’s what we need to have a healthy life. But what does having a balanced diet really mean? It’s a vague phrase, but lucky for us, we were able to ask a personal trainer what the key to balanced eating really is!
