Matt Ballard is a local filmmaker that I’ve known via motorcycle friends for about 10 years. He’s made a name for himself in the skate video scene, which garners a reputation for giving fast-acting and quick-thinking filmmakers an opportunity to let their talents shine. It’s a neat world.
