In striving to accomplish this mission, their efforts focus on directing a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program in the safest, most efficient and cost-effective way possible, & they are doing an awesome job! In fact, they are turning heads in the animal care world & other groups come to our city to train with this team of passionate volunteers & professionals!
